Budget Inn Motel

Cheap, Sketchy place, Room was dirty and nasty. First thing we noticed there was no toilet paper supplied, only 1 towel 1 washcloth for 2 people. The bed was too small for 2 people. Pillows were flat, Sheets and pillowcases were stains and hair on them. Window blinds were tore where anyone outside could walk by and look in your room. The window blind in the bathroom which was right in front of the shower also tore where anyone could look in.

Bed bugs in room 18. Nothing fancy and very good price. they only take cash. And far from anywhere to get food. There’s a fridge, a microwave, an A/C, and a coffee maker. Room is cute and spacious. Wifi works fine.

There is little drama there. They have several monthly's that live there, Some more than 7 months. What I like about it is it's a temp. place to stay, till one gets back on their feet. electric, water, trash, wi-fi is all included with the rent. It's mostly quiet there. The owner is a nice man he is easy to talk to. kind hearted. But strict when it comes to rent money when it's due. must be paid in full on due date and be for 11am the day it's due. I gave it a 4 star rating because its no Super 8. But a fine 23 room Motel that is priced right. And I'm happy with staying there. 90 % of the folks who stay are friendly people. Stores are with in walking distance. I wanted to add, the rooms are very clean! The Motel is about 250 feet from the hwy. can be a little noisy because of big trucks ot

I'm a monthly paying customer and they don't even offer a vacuum to clean the floor. The management is a cranky old man that doesn't really have any business running a motel. Let's not forget the bed in the room is broken.

Not a good place to stay, crack under the door big enough for snakes to crawl in,had mice poop on our bed when we pulled the covers back,I wouldn't recommend this place .
