Horrible rooms. The room was not clean. Not enough towels for 2 people. Used soap was still in the bathroom along with dirt and cigarette burns

Been here 5 years now, and this place has definitely gone to the dogs! There is mold and mildew in the bathroom, a hole behind the door, water leaking from the air conditioning unit, no electricity on the wall near the vanity area, and no lights in the bathroom nor the vanity area! We're getting overcharged, when we should be discounted!

My room was surprisingly nice but I do think I just got lucky in where I was placed because I have seen other rooms look not even nearly as nice.. but their maintenance man is great and is very quick to fix any problems you may have in the room and every single person I've met working the office has been extremely friendly too which is hard to find these days. Only thing I dont like is this is considered a cheap hotel so you know what that means?! You get pulled over just for leaving.

WORST!! My son and I rented a room #240. Seemed ok from the outside. Middle aged man behind the counter. Charged $87.00 - gave him a $100 he ask for the change!! Drove to Huntsville came back a about an hour later. Walked in and room was NASTY! Turned the sheets back and the bedding was filthy and obviously been used. Towels (ALL) are dirty - ALL been used. Duck tape on by the door to hold the curtain closed. Walls and floors are extremely dirty. To top it all off, another man came knocking about another hour after the person said no refunds or can not change rooms. He changed to sheets 😂 the homeless guy was checking to say the "owner" ask him to see if anyone was in the room. I said yeah, I paid for it - no refund, what do you think?? Hopefully the owner will realize the guy at the desk

Housekeepers are very disrespectful and they don't come into your room for almost a month and when they do your room don't need cleaning and they get mad at customers when they get put it their place
