Budget Inn Express Downtown Helena

Just needed to stay a night here while we traveled through town and it was great! If you're looking for an affordable and cozy stay this is the place. Our room had wasn't totally ready when we went in and management felt so bad and helped out immediately! They're very eager to help and make sure your stay is as good as it can be. I have no complaints!

Excellent experience!! My wife and I checked in late and they got us into a room really quick for an incredible price. The room was clean and everything was great. In the morning we did notice we didn't have a shower curtain or towels so we just let the front office know and within 5 minutes they showed up at our door with ALL the stuff and more. They were super kind as well. Overall it was a very positive experience for my wife and I, management was very kind!

Rooms are supposed to be smoke free but I was woken up several times over night because someone close to our room was smoking in their room. Overall the room wasn't horrible but no one bothered to clean behind the door in the bathroom and it smelled like urine and cigarette smoke.

Positive: Parking right infront of my room. Negative: Needs some repairs.

Staff was friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable (it needed some cosmetic work in the bathroom, otherwise fine). The hot shower water was endless! Great value for the price. The location was fantastic. I loved walking out my door and exploring Helena's historic downtown.
