Budget Inn Cocoa

No one should be staying here. This property should be shut down until it meets basic health and cleanliness standards. We refused to stay in the room. It was filthy and clearly had not been cleaned after the previous guest. The furniture was out of place as if it had never been reset. You could feel dirt and grime under your shoes. There were bugs in the bed and a large cockroach on the floor. To make matters worse, the on-duty desk manager was outside smoking while this condition was acceptable to them. This was not a minor inconvenience. The room was completely unsanitary and uninhabitable. Stay far away.

Positive: Location Negative: All the furniture was very shabby, chipped, old, looked like it was found off the street. Very loud clientele. The whole pool area was awkward. Really nice walk in shower though.

We do not this hotel, the carpet smell very bad, the bathroom floor was very sticky. And everything looks old. Need some love.

NASTY! We arrived around 10 PM. A cop had pulled someone over, we thought traffic ticket. Then went to check in... 4 more police cars arrived. This caused us pause but we were tired after a long drive. Greeted by a room so filthy, pulling back the bedspread soiled beddings and a pill. *gag* So you can imagine the state of the bathroom. AVOID!!!

Oh girl. Filthy. Smells like sewage. Dead bugs in bed and scattered around the room. Not to mention the stains, broken furniture, holes in walls, etc. We just came from an airport after a four hour flight and just could not bring ourselves to shower in this room because we honestly would have felt grosser than before. The lady at the front was super sweet though.
