Cocoa Lofts

this was genuinely one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed for a short Amount of time I just need somewhere to get back on my feet very fast after leasing my house and this was not the place to go. I was being actively stocked by another tenant. I told the front office and they seem to be of no help all the boy in the office wants to do is just sit there and look cute all day. He needs to find himself another job on the drag race if that’s the case

They advertise as lofts but want to opperate as a hotel; false advertisement. The office personel needs to be replaced. They are playing on the human need for shelter and putting people in false thought that they had stability when moving in. They make changes without notice, charges that be their fault but will tell you oh well its your problem now. I would not recommend you to put yourself into this predicament, i only wish i had known and had a warning before i did. I was illegally evicted because the office personnel can’t handle criticism nor customer interaction for real, he needs to be removed and I will be seeking counsel as well as reporting this establishment. There wasn't much for them to do here and what they did was done in less then 20 min. So I asked the gentleman to either glue or stick it back on that was weather stripping around the door he fixed it half ass but as soon as I walked out side . And came back in.it had fallen off again and so I have a gaping site to the outside if only I was that tall cause the top of door weather stripping is half on one part and other half off.

This is a nice place. Feels Safe. Kids and Pets Welcome. Pool is maintained and clean and cool.

The rooms have everything you need and ample counter space for a studio rental. Great weekly rate! Staff is friendly and Evan at the desk is amazing. Excited to be a short term resident.
