Hotel Cocoa

December 2025 This is a small hotel, don't expect too much. Rooms, breakfast was okay. 25 mins from port Canaveral. In our room, soap and shampoo were not refilled, low water pressure, curtain was stained, the only lamp in the room was near big window, wrong spot. Good for one night.

Tried four rooms to get one. Water dripping from ceiling in one, pure whorehouse perfume in number two, antiseptic stink in three and lesser odor in four. Beds nice but sink is not hooked up. Something wrong in every one so we took the lesser of four evils. $80 shot. Like Russian Roulette of Rooms. Good luck. Nice front desk- not her problem.

This is probably the best out of a bad bunch for budget in this location from the looks of the comments of other places.|We were here for a very brief stop over, less than 20 hours.|Stains on towels and sheets. Generally just felt icky. |Shower was nice enough, staff on arrival friendly. |Cheap, so got what we paid for.

First of all, I never leave reviews whether I like it or dislike it. But this was the most nastiest hotel I have ever stayed in. I would not let my animals stay there for an hour, so let me just share my experience with you. |The floors were just as nasty as I've ever seen. The bathrooms had mold and just filth, growing on the grout beside the tub and mainly around the toilet the toilet seat was not even fastened to the toilet so when you sat down, you better be careful you might pinch your precious jewels. Are worse yet just fall on the floor as I looked at the shower. I realize there was no shower curtain installed-the towels were all stained and had a horrible smell to all of them. There were holes in the wall, as well as just pure filth on the bottom of the bathroom door as well as the

AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS. You truly get what u pay for. I booked the room because it had 3.5 stars and the pics looked nice. I didn't read the reviews and SHOULD HAVE! The towels and both beds were visibly stained. The remote was sticky. There was a huge hole in the light fixtures that was taped to the bathroom ceiling. The traffic in the area is sketchy. We slept with the lights on and on top of our own covers we traveled with. There were numerous people outside doing elicit drugs. Noise woke us up at 4am. Will never return here.
