Budget Host Inn Stafford - Houston

I think this motel location is family owned and lacking in professional skills. Customer service is unsatisfactory here and should learn how to be more customer service friendly. I have called and went in side the office with no one in the office. I pushed the door bell 🔔 but no one came to help. The older gentleman didn't know how to transfer 2 phone calls to the room. The ramp for disabled handicap ♿️ people is on the side of the motel which means you have to walk a good distance to get to the ramp. I highly don't recommend this motel. It's hardly no one here most likely for a reason.

If you have to stay away from home, but the home is not quite your own and you had to pack a little luggage it’s worth it to stay at Budget. I’m no poet. I’m just trying to say it was a nice stay . I enjoyed the staff. Everything was nice thank you so much Budget Inn😀

Great place to visit..I stay here when I'm in town for work and the owners are friendly and the staff is awesome and very helpful and courteous and it's near the bus line and store and place for food and the rooms are clean and it's quite and I always stay here and I will be back....so if you're looking for a place with a asset of quick places to visit while you're staying at this location... this is the best place to go 👍👍👍👍👍

I’m writing this review because I have a family member who is a single Mother staying with a toddler at this location due to the hurricane and was using FEMA but was told by the hotel that they were no longer accepting FEMA and she would have to pay out-of-pocket and so she did a few times but In fact, FEMA is still helping people with paying for rooms. And when we called to talk with the manager, and I brought it to his attention, I was immediately hung up on and when I continue to call to speak to him, he continued to pick up and hang up. Shame on them for taking advantage of people who are in need….

Room smelled good when we walked in but the rooms are very dirty and run down. The chair is filthy with black stains all over it. The leather on the computer chair is coming off. The cabinet door covering the fridge doesn't cose. There is a white stain on the mirror in front of the sink and the bed is hard and squeaks. The floor is also dirty and stained. Walls are dirty and marked up. The room overall needs a overhaul. Based on the traffic outside this is a place seems to be more of a place to bring a hookup. Will not be staying here ever again.
