Budget Host Inn--Pikes Peak

The staff was kind and forgiving of my unusual hours for work. They treated my children well and gave me an opportunity to get us back on our feet. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a budget friendly room.

Rooms are advertised daily for $54.99. Which is not true. $71 is the cheapest room even offered. There were bugs on the tile in the hallway, along with construction material. The room was overall in very rough shape and not very clean. You can find a much nicer, cleaner, hotel for the same price elsewhere.

It was very clean and smelt good. It's only 2 floors so on either floor I like the easy access. The lady manager and the late night giant guy provide awesome service and better yet they are happy respectful and care about making us happy by all means. I wish I could stay more often and will always recommend budget host to everyone even white collar people but it's layed back like I am !

This was by far the absolute worst hotel i have ever been to. There was blood, makeup, urine stains and who knows what else on the "clean bedding" The bathroom ceiling had mold on it, the peep hole for the door had a paper towel wedged in it, there was hair in the drain, the carpets obviously never vacuumed. The room smelled of stale smoke. The towels also had hair in it. Like they literally don't clean at all. The furniture was broken and there was metal things sticking out of the bed frame to where you could cut yourself on it if you walked by. I originally took a video to try and share but it wouldn't let me. So I had to screen shot some photos for you to see. We left immediately and got a refund. Just being inside the room made me feel disgusting. DO NOT GO HERE EVER oh also the sign s
