Budget Garden Suites

I’ve stayed here about 10 times while tending to my elderly father. The rooms are clean and smell nice. The beds are comfortable. I sleep so good here. The managers/owners are nice people. This motel is an excellent value. I don’t think there’s a better deal around. #204 is my favorite so far.

This is one of the worst suites in Houston. Arrogant reception staff who do not care yet very old. I went there on the November 17th 2025, requested for a smoke free room but the old man just dismissed me saying all rooms are for smoking. He arrogantly asked me if he could refund me my fee. Upon saying yes he abused me and went away. I had to persevere the whole night and thoroughly wash my clothes when I went back home just to clear the cigarette smoke. The beddings are also very dirty plus the floor. Only sleep there if you have no alternative.

This place is pretty decent and quiet, clean rooms that are decent for the price u pay, I had no problems happen while staying here , I will come back for sure

This place is terrible i called office to report that someone is being held hostage and hurt in room 216 and he dosent care or check i called police they dont do anything either please someone report this place call 911 for help since i think my phone is being inter-vine there for they just hang up on me please help me bring this criminals to justice Arturo Torres born on 09/12/2003 hes my son please help

It was musty and they barely clean the rooms, the pillows had stains and hair on it. Place smells like cigarettes and my brother found black and milds on the floor, other than that place was mid and i wouldn’t stay there again 👍👍😜
