Big Foot Resort

The new managers seem really great and very accommodating. The quaint old cabins could use some tlc but they've just started managing the resort. They definitely have all the basics and the view of the lake is beautiful. The kids love to run up to the store for little treats or to swimin the pool. We rent the same cabin every year, they've replaced some with park models and we're hoping they restore the lovely old cabins rather than replace with park models. The place could use a little tlc but the new managers seem on the ball and hopefully it'll be better than ever soon .

Stayed 1 night in a RV pull thru site. Upon arrival noticed tire flat asked Sandy in office if a compressor available she offered the one in maintenance shed. Had her husband come to help us. So friendly and helpful. The grounds are beautiful on Lake Mary. Very peaceful with pools, playground, beach, volleyball, boat ramp with slips and putt putt. Dave the park manager stopped by later to welcome us. I highly recommend this place.

Under new ownership and management! My husband and I are workcampers here and we can't say enough good things about the new owners and managers. We are thrilled to be apart of this team and look forward to coming back next year!

We have a seasonal here and love our home away from home. We are located in the newer area and haven’t meet many other people but everyone is super friendly. The owners are good, honest people. If you’re looking for a seasonal site I would highly recommend it. We drive from the cities every weekend and it’s worth the drive. We also love the lake. Good fishing and there are two sandbars to hang out at. Couldn’t ask for a better place to spend our summer weekends!

We stayed in the campground and it was very nice! The kids loved the pool and the ability to do water activities. The adults loved how close the pool was and the store if you forgot something or needed a pop. Short drive to Alexandria if you needed something too.
