After getting a price from Super 8 of $85 & Motel 6 for $92 just for a single night I serched my GPS for other hotels in S San Antonio TX on I-37 I found this Inn for $65 for one night and gave it a try. I can tell you that I have NOT seen a upgraded Motel 6 with better painting, bedding, rug and bath. There was a crack in the sink, but no leak. Bottom line is that this is about 3/4 mile from the Motel 6 & Super 8 that I got the super high prices from and had a wonderful meal for two on what I saved and had a quiet clean room. The manager even placed a inside cover over the window that was made of fine weave lace which allowed you to leave the window cover OPEN to the parking lot and as long as the sun was bright people could not look in but you had a wonderful view out until night. Management was very polite nice wonderful Roomba clean very well reinnovated they've been doing remodeling this is one of the new remodeled rooms the area over here is known is not a great area the motel lot is safe there's plenty of cameras amazingly very quiet and peaceful when I do come into San Antonio I'll be staying here more often and a couple wonderful restaurants within walking distance

I travel a lot for work and stay in countless hotels/motels and I can confidently say that this place is one of the hidden gems. The new owners are great. Don’t let the location fool you, it’s safe and quiet and he keeps the trouble makers out. Clean rooms and reasonably priced. Everything you need is close by. I will put this motel on my agency’s list and I’ll stay here anytime I’m working in this part of San Antonio.

I was a little worried when I saw the previous reviews, however, once I got intk the room, all that disappeared. It looks like this place has undergone some renovations and has new staff. They were wonderful and informative. Rooms look to have been recently done. Nice size, very comfortable bed, and clean. The location is great. Anything you need is within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again!
