Not terrible. Chose a smoking room and honestly the whole hotel smells like smoke. Not walking distance to get cigarettes. There was weed shake and stems in the drawer and the smallest fridge ever, my leftovers in a normal container didn't fit. Wasn't as bad as I was expecting and there's free parking.

To any potential customers who are looking for a book a room for temporary stay don't wast your time it's not a inn no more for what they told me it's something else but they didn't want to tell me what it is now my aunt called them to confirm they told her it was a inn and I was booked up for 2 months that's 2 lies and when Investing google search posted by the redhook water stories Brooklyn Motor inn is teammate with RHMA rural home missionary association housing migrants and excepting donations so why lie saying one thing to someone and saying something to others if they are going to lie keep your lies straight I me and my family lived in redhook for over 46 years redhook residents should be able to trust the businesses in this area not lie to them maybe or possibly it this brooklyn

Where do I even begin? The parking lot is convenient, private and clean. The lobby is unassuming and neat - and features a deceptive little waterfall wall unit.🙄The only available ice machine is located in the staircase just off the lobby and requires a room key for access. As such, my partner had to take the elevator to the lobby each time we needed more ice. ||||To continue, the check-in process was seamless (perhaps due to making online reservations, Idk), albeit the young man seemed put out that we even arrived. We walked down the creepy Twilight Zone hall to our room. We booked a room with a “mini-fridge and microwave” however the MICRO-fridge wasn’t working. The thing is literally, the dimensions of a cooler. My partner phoned the front desk to report it and we had to go back to the

The whole place STUNK of cigarettes even though there are no smoking signs everywhere? Room next to us was playing very loud music most of the night. No one seemed to care and I didn't feel like complaining to management would get me far. The elevator was out of order which was fun with our bags. Thankfully we were only the 3rd floor. Overall, the price was good for a young couple. The parking was free which was great. We only wanted to sleep there as we were out on the town most of our time in the city, but don't book here thinking you're going to get any sort of luxury or superb stay!

The rooms were great for what we needed. We were in for a quick evening. Checking in late and checking out early sort of deal. Unfortunately the people next to us had a very hard time. And kept us up pretty much the entire night with yelling. When we decided to finally call the front desk about it they did handle the situation quickly however it just started up again a few hours later. For the price and the service this place is great however it can be pretty noisy and not from the traffic. You could barely hear the traffic from the rooms.
