Bridle Ridge Horse & RV Camp

What a fantastic and beautiful place! The horse stalls are spacious and open in the back so the horses can relax and look out, and the barn itself is gorgeous. The bathrooms are conveniently close, with one building even offering two showers. Campsites are a great size with water and electric hookups right at your spot. Sheri and Dave were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. Best of all, there are miles of trails you can access directly from the property—no need to trailer out. But if you want to, they even have two trailers available to rent (a 3-horse and a 6-horse). Highly recommend this place for anyone traveling with horses!

The location of Bridle Ridge Horse camp is great! Very peaceful location. Ver6 clean and professionally operated. Necessary amenities available, easy hookups. Great trails directly out of camp. Trailers for rent to use to experience MT Rushmore or other sites of choice. Convenient to trails, Tourist attractions, town for shopping and restaurants.

So glad we made the trip from SW Missouri. Sheri and her staff were fabulous. The barns and accommodations are so nice. They have firewood and ice for purchase which is convenient. The trails out of camp are beautiful. Definitely download the GAIA gps app and familiarize yourself with how to use it before coming. Once you do that, you’ll be good to explore! We rented their trailer 2 days to go ride to Mt. Rushmore and then French Creek. Absolutely worth doing those rides! The campground is quiet, bath houses are so cute, and the gathering area has a beautiful view. We will recommend Bridle Ridge to everyone and hope to return ourselves!

We had a wonderful time at Bridle Ridge Horse Camp. Sheri was a wonderful hostess, the horse pens were very nice and undercover, bathroom was very clean, full hookups for the camper, and added bonus is Sheri's husband Dave who did chiropractic work on our horses and gave me a tip on how to fix my water heater. The trails are pretty easy to get around on with the Gaia app. Thank you Sheri for helping me get better knowledge on how that worked! Fantastic scenery and trails are easy to hard. Nothing that is extreme for horse or rider. Camp is a little ways off the main road but it's a well built gravel road in that accommodates a large trailer. If you like shopping, Custer and Hill City are not far. We will definitely be back!

We were treated absolutely exceptional during our visit. They unloaded our trailer when we arrived. Pretty much anything we needed during our visit, we had at least one or two people there to help us. No cell but free WiFi in the barn which helped those who need to be connected. Modern showers available with sink and bathroom. Full hookups - Absolutely beautiful.
