WARNING!!!!!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Room 218 on September 26, 2025 captured multiple bedbugs on the pillows of both beds. We brought the bugs to the front desk. We were advised to check with the manager the following morning about a refund. After getting the run around, they claimed they didn't find any bugs in the room. The room had since been occupied without any complaints. Mysteriously they don't know what happened to the bugs we gave them. Unfortunately, I didn't take any photos until I stopped back in at the end of my vacation. At that time I took some pictures of the lobby area. At the very least they should've offered a refund. Instead they pretended there wasn't a problem. Some unexpected person will probably take some unwanted guest home with them. The bedbugs were just the final

READ RECENT REVIEWS BEFORE BOOKING. This hotel is not worth the price. Our room smelled musty and our towels/wash cloths had weird questionable stains on them. The wallpaper was falling down. Everything needs to be updated or at least cleaned better. The "waterpark" isn't a waterpark at all. The slides apparently haven't been working for almost 7 years and they are just letting them rot along with the pool that they haven't drained. The hot tub and remaining pools are disgustingly dirty and haven't been cleaned in YEARS. The water is murky and all of us felt itchy after being in it for only a few minutes. The "fitness room" has a broken bike and a few treadmills that aren't safely propped up. The "game room" involves a broken bowling alley, and a few older games from the 2000's. There are

Positive: Good view but no balcony and window only opened about 6 inches. Kids water area good. Negative: We had a sofa that you can't see TV from. The toilet paper holder is behind the toilet. No breakfast. Pool is from 12pm - 10pm. Most pools are 10am-12pm. No balcony on 3rd floor facing the lake. Big waterslide wasn't working.

Came here with a bus tour and the minute we walked into the hotel it had a strong smell of marijuna and urine we got to the room we have a view of the lake which is nice but the sliding glass door does not lock and there again is the same odor as the lobby and truthfully smells like a nursing home very sad but we paid over a thousand dollars for this trip and I feel we got shisted. Some of the reviews say they didn’t get breakfast we’ll find out in the morning unfortunately we have to spend two more days here 😞😷😒🤮. The towels were dingy and stinky even we have a room with a view the seagulls have fertilized the grass in front of our room bathroom floors are gross 🤢 and looks like theirs mold under the sink

Although this hotel isn't the typical stay that I would book for myself, I am pleasantly surprised with the over all condition(did not check out waterpark). Also, I am so thankful for the wonderful hospitality I received from Ms.Sam, Joshua (helping hand for many hotels in the area), and the rest of the staff I encountered during my visit. The view of Lake Heron is beautiful and this hotel is positioned perfectly for sunrise. Cleanliness could be a smidge better but I appreciated the fresh towels and soaps daily. They are pet friendly so there is a tinge of animal smell but overall satisfied with the conditions. Note for stay: 3rd floor lake view doesn't have a balcony , half of hotel faces away from lake, I heard some guests disappointed so I would recommend to request. Also, to touch on
