Customer Reviews
I've chosen to live here permanently. I've read some of the previous negative reviews and can only say that the hotel has changed hands since those reviews are written and the new owners have done a lot to remedy the problems that were mentioned. The manager and staff are very good and very helpful. The rooms are clean and well kept. Internet access is included. There's easy access to the freeway and to downtown Oklahoma City. While the hotel itself does not have a restaurant that are many restaurants in the area with a Waffle House across the road and a Petro Iron Skillet restaurant just to the north. There is also Curry Point, a Punjabi indian food truck in the parking lot. The new Okana Indoor Water park is a short distance away, as is the First Americans Museum which offers live events
I am a woman who stayed here December 2-5 it was very quiet the rooms are a but shabby I paid $62. A night, total $188. The manager a white American woman was very nice. The woman from.India don't speak good English and have no respect for their customers, Now have a nice day!
Stayed the night while traveling. Quiet safe hotel. Clean rooms and friendly service. Will recommend to friends and family
Hotel is clean and quiet. Staff friendly. Good for the price. Close to downtown and a great hiking trail close by. Museum only a half mile away. Stayed for two days and no issues with anything. Water park opening right down the road as well. I would definitely stay here again.
This is a terrible place to be called a hotel. One of the worst stays I had in US. It is located by the side of a highway, opposite to Oklahoma bus station, little away from Oklahoma City Bricktown and about 11 kms from Will Rogers airport. Location is bit shady as you find lot of homeless and drug addicts around the bus station and the hotel staff cautioned me on going out in the evenings.||||Front desk was managed by students doing part-time job and though they wanted to help the guests, they had limitations as the management was very frugal in spending. As there is no elevator, we requested to change our room to ground floor, which they happily agreed. ||||Room including the sheets and pillows were not at all clean. Bathroom was very dirty and we used our own toiletries as those provide
