Brentwood Inn and Suites Roanoke Rapids

Hotel room was clean- ish other than the floor making our socks turn black. Room also smelt like cigarettes. Good service from employees. However, could barley get any sleep because of the slamming doors all night, people screaming outside, headlights shinning in our window, and people knocking on our door at 1am ( while we had our baby asleep) to ask to jump their cars. Wouldn’t really recommend this hotel as it’s so loud and the customers are inconsiderate. Claim they have a “ strict “ non smoking policy but neighbors smoked weed and cigarettes both inside and outside on the balcony. Loud music played all the time and stomping, complained to staff many times for nothing to be done. Shower head is taped on with duct tape and leaks everywhere. Hardly ever any hot water. We had to have our key cards changed 13 times with in a couple of days. Didn't have hot water most of the time. The ice machine didn't work for the most time that we were there. My husband told the manager we would not return and that when the hotel was Days Inn we didn't have the problems we had this stay. Whom ever was in the room next to us smoked pot and we had to spray Lysol around the door to keep the smell out of our room. It's unreal when it's supposed to be non-smoking they were smoking pot and we had to go outside to smoke a cigarette. I wouldn't have given a star but I had to.

Has roaches, no refund was given they said if you don’t tell them within 30mins you don’t get your money back. I had a situation and was unable to reach the person that booked the room for me so since that 30 minute threshold was over, I was told nothing could be done. Would not recommend staying here. Disgusting smells of weed very nasty.🤮

Rooms are not as pictured. Smelled like cigarette smoke and must for a non-smoking property. Nightstand lights have no bulbs or switches. Room was dark due to only one corner light. Dust hanging off lamp shades. Phone said Baymont. Vending machines all out of order. People loitering in parking lot. Would not refund money after leaving within 5 minutes.

Horrible... House keeping needs to be fired.. Ignorant and extremely rude guest in the room next to us.. The whole dam room needs a complete makeover. No coffee maker or continental bfast. Extremely disappointed and will not recommend.
