Boulevard Motel

I’m so happy I tried this place! Boulevard Motel was awesome! Very clean, new or nearly new bedding, friendly, family run, everything worked, felt safe, and very reasonable (much cheaper than icky Motel 6). I had been at Motel 6 for three nights and was miserable (creepers everywhere, stinky, broken Wi-Fi) - so I left and found myself at Boulevard. Based on my experiences, this is the only motel I’d recommend in the Spokane area.

One of my favorite small motels in town! The rooms are nice and clean. Plenty of room, they don't feel crammed. The staff is so caring and sweet and genuinely care about their guests and their stay. They both live on site and like I said, care about the goings on at their property. No trouble makers allowed and it feels safer than most of downtown does. Also, only a 2min drive to Interstate 90 and maybe 10minutes tops to Spokane International Airport. All in all, a great place to stay while visiting Spokane and I will always recommend the Boulevard Motel!

Stayed many times. Older but very clean . Operated by the owners . Nice people close to downtown . I don't care if everything is'nt new. It's clean & quiet with comfortable beds . Like I said stayed many times will stay again. For the price it's good deal

I like how quiet it is, it's a nice chill place to be away from everyone for a quiet night, I also like how they have mini fridges and microwaves in the rooms. They have nice sized rooms, a nice big bathroom comparatively to other motels of similar quality. They have smoking rooms available which is a nice option, and don't have to deal with demagnetizing a key card because they still have the regular old fashioned locks, but considering that fact, you can only get one key and if you lose it I'm sure it's a big charge, also we were told no visitors or pets at all. And they take their towels very seriously, we were warned if towels are missing or stained they charge to replace them. The price was a little bit more than motel 6 but if you want a peaceful night it would be worth the differenc
