Boca Plaza by Lowkl

The buildings were very old, musty, poor ambience. The shower had no hot water, it wasn’t even warm. They have a tiki bar right outside the rooms and thy had loud karaoke until 11:30 p.m. There were drunk people fighting all night long. The outside door also had a large gap to the outside and we just didn’t feel safe at all. The door didn’t have dual locks and the door was facing the exterior of the building. This was the worst hotel i have ever stayed at ever in my life.

Boca Plaza by Lowkl is an absolute gem, especially with its perfect beachside location. Being so close to the beach made the stay feel relaxing and effortless—you’re never far from the ocean breeze or a beautiful view. The service was outstanding from start to finish. The staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, always ready to help and making sure everything went smoothly during our stay. It really felt like they cared about the experience. The rooms were another highlight—clean, modern, and incredibly comfortable. Everything was well thought out, from the cozy beds to the overall design, making it easy to unwind after a long day at the beach. Overall, Boca Plaza by Lowkl offers a perfect mix of location, comfort, and top-tier service. I would absolutely stay here again

After reading lots of reviews on google I was a little hesitant to book a room. I was only going to stay for one night . But surprisingly the room was good, the bed was very comfy and the pillows were cosy. Neat and clean, front desk check-in was great, the guy who checked me in was very helpful. Will definitely stay there again.

Positive: The wifi worked well everything else was substandard. Negative: AC didn't work, had roaches, room was dirty with trash under the desk and bed. The room smelled and they charged me 50 dollars for a dirty towel? I shouldn't have used the towels???

My experience at this hotel was good. The bed was nice and fluffy and the room was very clean. However, there were issues. The pool was fine, but the surrounding pool deck wasn't so great. The deck was somewhat dirty, and the surrounding trees outside the fence seemed unkept, with hanging dead/discolored leaves and fronds. Besides the pool, the correct elevators for guests could be made more clear. There also wasnt any emergency evacuation plan on the bsck of the door of my room. Other than that, the lobby area, and outdoor walk to the lobby from the drive-in was really nice looking, and the front desk attendant was very attentive and kind. So overall, great experience, but some improvements are needed.
