My experience at this hotel was very disappointing and frustrating from the moment I arrived. When I made the reservation, the price shown was one amount; however, upon arrival, I was told I had to pay an additional $30 per person, which was never disclosed at the time of booking. I find this to be a very misleading and non-transparent practice. In addition, the reservation clearly stated that the room had two beds and could accommodate four people, which was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. To my surprise, once I arrived, none of this was true. The room did not match what was promised in terms of beds or occupancy, which created a very uncomfortable situation. On top of that, the treatment from the staff was poor. Instead of offering a solution, they showed little willingness

Horrible experience. I don’t mind the condition of the place as much as I care about how the employees treat me, and both of them were bad. The shower drain is clogged, so the water just stays there. Moldy, gave me allergies. They woke my family up by knocking on the door (seemed like they were going to break the door) kicking us out because they did not see we had another day booked.

Key card failed multiple times and had to be replaced. Was awoken numerous times asking if I was going to check out on days I had paid for. Location was very convenient since it's on Federal hwy. The self parking was a plus. TV quality is 480 since they do not have a HDMI cable. The mini fridge and A/C worked very well with the exception of the odor put out by the A/C, nothing a little fabreeze can't fix. For the price it serves a purpose

Disgusting hotel. The lobby smelled like pee the moment we walked in. Staff was rude, disrespectful, and extremely unprofessional. We booked a two-bed room for four people, then were told only two people were allowed (one per bed 🤡) unless we paid $30 per extra person. Total scam. Old, dirty, poorly managed place. Just read the other reviews — this is clearly a pattern. Do not stay here. This place should be shut down.
