Boardwalk Inn

I’m choosing a 2 star because of the location on the boardwalk and proximity to the beach and that’s really it. It really should be a 1 star.||We were shocked by a couple of things when we first arrived. First, this place is not ADA compliant. If you cannot carry your bags up at least two flights of stairs, do not book here. ||Second, the entrance that you’re directed to use is on the side of the building directly on the street and it is unlocked at all times. Anyone could walk into the building if they wanted to. The rooms are locked with plain lock and key, no key cards or even a dead bolt. Soo better make sure you don’t forget to do that. ||Third, this place is NOT clean. The reviews that say it is, are baffling. My daughter and I had a wonderful long weekend at this hotel. The staff there are awesome and so helpful. The location is excellent. The restaurant and bar are great. everybody that worked at the hotel and restaurant were wonderful. We will definitely go back again.

We booked months in advanced and the day we're supposed to stay we called ahead to double check and THANK GOD we did! They GAVE OUR ROOM AWAY! We had two parties and both had packed our cars full and already got to the beach early. Our whole weekend plans were ruined. Please be warned they will give away your room without remorse! To add we received the payment back.. good enough I guess

This is and always has been the best hotel in Hampton Beach. It is always clean, always updated and the beds are always comfortable.. The staff is always informative and ready to help. This trip we drove our motorcycles and got soaking wet on the way, we called and they let us check in early and helped us by putting our clothes in the dryer stand.. I have been coming here for years and they hardly ever raised their prices. They don't holiday gouge or seafood festival gouge their prices. They are always consistent and the food is great..
