Blue Way Inn By Jasper Near Frost Bank Center

I am giving Sky Palace a rating of 5 for several reasons. The first and most important to me is that I felt safe. The owner and employees left me feeling like they were viligant and aware in keeping guests and vehicles safe. Cleanliness was just as important. The rooms and parking lot was kept clean, with upkeep throughout the day. The fridge kept my food and drink very cold and ran quietly. I would stay at Sky Palace again and recommend it to anyone traveling.

Sheets/pillow case stained/dirty.. Got a 1st floor room, saw/killed 4 dozen roaches in 2 hours. Ac system stuck at 60°F setpoint, couldn't adjust to my usual 68. Walked into a stifling hot room. Ac system was off. It sucks to get off the road after 8hrs of driving and have my hotel room be 86°F when I walk in along with the roaches. Staff was great. It's well lit so feels relatively safe. Food nearby. But I dunno if it's because I had a smoking room or what but I was really hoping for more cleanliness. Almost had to leave. My daughter does NOT like roaches.

Every time I say here the staff is always kind an helpful. And the rooms are always clean and fresh

I stayed in a non-smoking room with a King size bed. The room had a microwave and a mini fridge which is a big plus. The room was very clean. The lighting in the room is very good. Not dim or dark like some cheap motels can be. The motel pool looks nice and inviting. I didn't get a chance to swim during my stay though. The motel property is well lit at night, making it feel safe. It was also very quiet and peaceful. There is a gas station within walking distance and a Wendy's next door. There is a little Mexican food truck across the street. A city bus stop located nearby which is useful for getting to/from downtown San Antonio. There is also a McDonald's further down the street. I still managed to walk there without any issues. I would stay here again.

I only spend One night, but no problem at all.. the registration was easy and fast ... they were nice .. felt very secure 🙏 love the bed and pillows 🥰 had a good sleep even with my back problems...
