⸻ Our stay at the Brooklyn Hotel was a wonderful surprise! The hotel was extremely clean and had a luxurious feel, which was perfect for our family vacation. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful, and despite some reviews mentioning an issue with the nighttime concierge, we found him very kind and accommodating. The hotel’s aesthetics, especially the lighting at night, were lovely. Everything we needed was nearby, making it very convenient. We had a small incident with dirtying the sheets the first night, but they changed them right away and even provided extra pillows. The room was always tidy when we returned from our outings, and the TV worked perfectly and I was checked the remotes to see if it’s dirty and it was very clean so no need for my Lysol! I like this hotel it was actually not that bad. I see a lot of bad reviews, but it was very easy for me to stay. You could pay cash and they also have an ATM. Also, I like that is clean and it has white sheets and gray walls that make the aesthetic pretty nice. I think they have new owners because it has upgraded, the last time I’ve been here. Also, it’s very easy to get to If You don’t have a car. You could take the train to this location and you can also find places to eat bars and activities. I stood for two nights and I will recommend whoever wants a quick trip or a quick stay to sleep and rest. The front desk was very easy to talk to. They help me a lot , and I can’t complain. I will stay again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. For the price, it was an amazing value—very affordable without sacrificing quality. The entire property was clean and well maintained, and my room was spotless when I arrived. The staff was incredibly attentive and always willing to help with anything I needed. They checked in to make sure I was comfortable, gave great recommendations for nearby places, and made me feel truly welcomed. Overall, the combination of good pricing, cleanliness, and outstanding service made my stay excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

Location was great! i really enjoyed the customer service so so nice! Room was nice and clean. i accidentally made a reservation with two beds and thankfully they were very accommodating and were able to give me the one king bed! would definitely stay here again
