Amenities may be slightly low compared to a larger chain hotel, but this place is really reasonably priced for where it is in Brooklyn. Right by the the J train — It’s also staffed with workers who are accommodating and flexible. Because of the 2026 blizzard, I’m stuck here longer than I want to be. The front desk workers were very kind and flexible with making sure I could move around my room and reservation and stay. Would definitely stay here again next time I visit NYC.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well taken care of, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. What really stood out was the customer service especially Jonathan at the front lobby. He was professional, friendly, and always willing to help with anything we needed. He truly made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at BKLYN House in Brooklyn, New York. The staff were absolutely lovely—super kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. Everything was well maintained, including a good working TV, which was a nice bonus. A close subway station to head into the city centre as well. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend BKLYN House.

I booked an extremely last-minute Friday night reservation for $174 plus $75 for my dog because I needed somewhere to stay while I waited for ConEd to restore electricity to my nearby apartment on a single-digit day. The room was clean, surprisingly spacious, warm, but definitely spartan. No cups by the sink, no conditioner, smallest shower I've used since college, slightly scratchy linens. The price I paid feels right for the quality of the hotel at a last-minute premium so no complaints. I wouldn't want to stay here for a week but for a night or two it's fine. For out of towners, rest assured that the area is very safe, just probably not what you're expecting. There's a rack of Citi bikes right outside, and a quick ride down Flushing on one of those will take you to the cool, trendy bars

Nice modern hotel, easy to get to and from Manhattan and JFK via the metro. Getting around Brooklyn you will need to take the bus. Overall good experience, with friendly staff and well kept property. Room wasnt available until a little after check in, but the front desk kept us and those trying to check in up to date. Wouldn't mind staying here again.
