Best Western Superstition Springs Inn

Wish I could leave a better review. Had very friendly service and breakfast was good as well. Unfortunately the bed was extremely uncomfortable and not like the beds I am used to from a Best Western. Had an issue with a homeless guy outside the door to my room but give credit to thee management that they immediately went out and got them to leave. Not sure I would stay again.

Had a great experience managed to get a disabled room last minute. Brilliant big room. Would've been better if it was a walk in shower but no issues showering unfortunately due to using the seat I accidentally soaked the floor had to use the leftover towels to dry floor up for safety. Pillows were comfortable and we were able to get more from the front desk easily. Staff were very friendly. Got our deposit back within 10 mins of check out. Handy for local restaurants. Would happily go back again. Only negative was the AC was very loud.

We've stayed here more times than I can count but this trip was not as good. We miss the old staff. Upon check in we were instantly told our dog couldn't be there though our check in notes stated we had a service dog. You are no longer allowed to eat breakfast in your room and we were scolded for using our personal coffee mugs for coffee. The couple employees that were still there were just a kind and wonderful but the new ones lack personality and are not as friendly.

Paid for room but could the I had no way to check-in for they needed a 200. 00 deposit. And wouldn’t refund our money or issue me gift card to use at a latter date . No one got to stay in room and took our 89. 00 that paid the room fee, but needed a credit card for a deposit then we could check in. They weren’t willing to work with us or try to make it right. My husband being a firefighter and emt was denied for we had no credit card and paid cash for room. We weren’t no show and we didn’t cancel they would allows us to check in with no deposit. In our mid 50s and felt we were a risk with no deposit. Offered them to my iPhone 16 til we checked out and confirm no damage and they refused.

Recently my daughter and I stayed at the Best Western Hotel at 1342 S Power Road, Mesa, Arizona 85206-3704 United States. This must be one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at and I highly recommend no one states here. I was never given a confirmation number as I called to make my reservation and when I asked for one they said it is ok you have a room. At our check-in, since it was after 10 pm I had to use a blue wall phone to call the clerk who was sleeping on the lobby couch to check in. The guy was so sleepy he could not figure out how to check us into the room for a few minutes. It really showed a bad image of this hotel and brand name.
