Best Western Suites Near Opryland

The hotel is close to Opryland Mall and Grand Ole Opry. The hotel is well-kept. The rooms were clean. We were surprised that the hotel was so nice for the price we paid. We did not have any issues while at the hotel. It was quiet. We didn't interact with the front desk staff much, but the interactions we did have were good. I don't remember their names (both gentlemen). They were friendly and professional. The highlight of our stay was the breakfast. It was your usual hotel spread, but Renee, who was running the breakfast area, made it a great experience. She was so kind and friendly. She provided the southern hospitality. She is definitely a huge asset to Best Western. We would stay here again, if for no other reason, we would come to see her again. This will be my go-to hotel in Nashvill

We stayed for one night because it was close to Grand Ole Opry. It was one of the cheaper ones. Since we were only there long enough to sleep we went with it. The hotel is pretty clean. The staff were all very nice. Renee is amazing. She was a bright light that made my morning. She was smiling and greeting every guest. She kept the breakfast area stocked and very clean. The world needs more people like her. I hope her company appreciates her. I would recommend this hotel.

TBH I was shocked. I have not stayed at a best western in many years because I put it so far down the list. Check-in/ out took less than 2 mins. Room was a mini suite and had a couch, coffee table, desk, microwave, coffee machine, fridge, more. Spotlessly clean. Fantastic for my needs.Only glitch was the literal fire drill at midnight on fri. No fire. Faulty sensor set off the fire alarm. Fire truck, people in gear searching the hotel, lobby full of people, screaming buzzer n flashing lights. Just an accident and a bit of drama. Finally got the buzzer turned off and back to bed. I will stay there again. Oh and breakfast was decent. Again I was surprised. Very good stay.

We have stayed at this property several times and it never disappoints. This past weekend we were one of several vehicles that had windows smashed in them and the hotel staff were so very helpful. They provided us with everything we needed to clean up the mess the thugs left in our vehicle. David as well as his staff along with the lovely lady that was taking care of the breakfast room were so kind and helpful. From what we understood not all hotels were as accommodating. From the bottom of my heart we thank David and his entire staff that helped us out during an upsetting time. We will be back for sure. Thanks Again. Dianne, Hugh and friends!

We spent the night here and went downtown to Broadway to listen to some music. We were greeted by a friendly young lady upon checking in and had very clean large rooms on the 4th floor. Plenty of parking and inside was very clean
