Best Western Socorro Hotel & Suites

This property shows pride of ownership! Tops for cleanliness and room maintenance! We were concerned about noise due to the freeway proximity but were pleased with how quiet our room was on the southside lower floor. We travel often and stay mostly at Best Western. Even tho the room was smaller - it was the best we have stayed in for BW in a long time.

Nice older model motel. Contrary to prior reviews I found they had good breakfeast. Nice and spacious lobby. Rooms are dates but clean Andhra maintained well. Check out age of microwave!

Positive: Shout out to (hotel mngr) Great customer service. helpful&patient.We called&went to VM. She actually returned our call *surprisingly*cause in our past experiences our calls were never returned (from diff places/instances) Tyvm for a great stay. Negative: They put guests next to each other when there are many other room notably unoccupied. Making the hotel noise for an unpleasant stay ( that's why we gave it 8/10 rating )

I stayed here during the Crane Festival. The staff were welcoming, the room was fine and the price reasonable. No drama at all. No bed bugs (I stripped the bed and checked the creases in the mattress). I felt comfortable and safe. Thanks! Outside, it was quiet. I had no problem finding free parking. This hotel and town seems so easy going, quite laid back actually. There was a great steak house close by with delicious food and friendly people and other nearby fast food options. I skip breakfasts offered at chain hotels due to the high sugar content of their offerings.

For the amount paid, was not to the level. It was okay fair in cleanliness. Breakfast has a lot to be desired. Eggs were dry, has rasin bran had to spit it out it was so stale. This location of BW is more motel then hotel.
