Baymont by Wyndham Socorro

Nice clean lobby. Very friendly front desk staff. Very clean and comfy room. Amenities were attached to the walls. Quiet place. Breakfast room was good sized. Four tables with four chairs to each. The usual coffee, juice, cold and hot cereals, small muffins, sliced bread waffle maker and apples.

Clean. Good shower pressure and hot water. Very clean. Has Shampoo conditioner and body wash. Basic continental breakfast. Great for affordable passing by stay. Room big enough for kids.

Comfortable beds and clean, fluffy towels, but everything else was absolutely subpar. I brought a group of high school students to do local astronomy related things, and we were pretty disappointed in the services. The rooms were not particularly clean, the shampoo and soap dispensers were completely empty, and so many other small details that you expect from a hotel room were not there. Breakfast was terrible. They had very little food available, and some of it was expired. The waffle maker didn't work well, and they had very little batter available anyway. We had 27 people and most of us had to go across the street to the Circle K to get something to eat. I am extremely disappointed.

I really do not leave reviews, but I have to for this one. The rooms are clean, the beds and toilet tree are up-to-date. Overall, great quality. I always stay at a neighbor down the street for My ORYX Hunts but this is my new place to go!
