Best Western Sea World/Lackland AFB NW Hotel & Suites

Older hotel needing cosmetic attention. Looks like it is past its prime. Probably would not stay here again. The only good thing to say is that there are many restaurants on the other side of the 410 loop close by.

Positive: location Negative: The room had bugs, the toilet flush didnt work. The front desk area had a foul smell. Overall this hotel deserves zero stars.

I rarely leave reviews, but my stay at this hotel was disappointing from start to finish. The service was completely unprofessional — staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful with even basic requests. It felt like no one cared about the guests’ experience at all. The food was just as bad — bland, overcooked, and definitely not worth the price. Breakfast looked like it had been sitting out for hours, and the dining area wasn’t very clean either. The room itself was below standard. The carpet had visible stains, the bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned, and the sheets didn’t feel fresh. It’s clear housekeeping is cutting corners. For the amount they charge, you’d expect at least decent service and cleanliness, but this place failed on both counts. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Sa

i went to the hotel room and noticed it was dirty there were hairs and brown spots everywhere. they didn’t even replace the shampoo and conditioner, and the shower wasn’t clean. the carpet was dirty too, with red spots.

DON'T STAY HERE!!!!! Let me start with the BEST THING about this Hotel. The lighting in the parking lot is amazing! I don't recommend to stay here. This hotel looks like a trap hotel. We drove 8hrs because my dad had a stroke so after being at the hospital all I wanted to do was come get in clean tub, and a clean bed. Well that didn't happen. We walk in and see a roach on the bed. What hell? not what I wanted to see after a long draining day. So we started looking around and this place was/is disgusting. I guess they don't have housekeeping. We moved all our stuff back to our truck and had to stay at my dad's house. Because it was so late I didn't say anything and to argue about the room was not Worth it being the day I had. I just wanted a bath and clean bed. So the next morn
