Best Western Royal Inn

I have been to every state in the USA, and nothing compares to the true America values shown by management and staff at the Best Western in Chattanooga, TN. True welcoming atmosphere and hospitality that goes far beyond our expectations. Their willingness to assist us by working together through some business obstacles we have encountered all the way to the end; this contribution alone makes them a diamond in the costumer service industry that is lacking nation wide. They worked hard to make our stay a positive experience. Thank you for your kindness and in making this a memorable experience.

Not thrilled. The place was clean and beds ok but pillows were very lumpy and towels threadbare. I would have given this a higher review but the morning front desk person was very unfriendly and insisted that there was no coffee until 6:30 when breakfast started. The coffee in the room was only decaf and barely colored the water. Awful. I went back up at 6:40 and still no coffee and no breakfast. Sometimes this happens but when I went up around 6 she was just sitting looking at her phone. This is along freeway where people stop for the night so really coffee should be available much earlier. Also the room smelled like pot and smoke. Really need a no smoking policy.

Positive: The location was very convenient to visit family. We are from Florida and we were visiting our 96-year-old mother and grandmother so this was a perfect location. Negative: No, everything was good. The staff was nice. It?s not a five star hotel so you can?t expect that but for the rating that it had, it was very nicely located and it was clean and the staff was friendly.

This place was an awesome experience. The day time manager was very helpful to our business issues, he even drove us to the business to resolve these issues. If I ever stay in Chattanooga again I will be staying there. The manager made the whole issues with work business seem like nothing. Excellent place.
