Best Western Plus The Inn at Hampton

My stay at this hotel was terrible. I found shoe prints on the bathroom towels and bloodstains on a face towel. When I reported it to the front desk, they only offered to replace the towels and refused to apologize. My requests for a room upgrade, after getting a reluctant room change, were ignored. I would not recommend it.

The location is convenient. The staff is professional and friendly. The property itself is very unique in the way it is designed. The hotel room had sliding glass doors that opened up into a shared area. It was nice. The rooms have been renovated and are overall in good shape. The breakfast was disappointing and the towels were very thin and had stains on them. The bedding was comfortable and clean. I would stay here again.

If I could give these guys 10 Stars I absolutely would! 1500 mi from home and I lost the transmission in my truck. I was at the Best Western 5 days and these guys were absolutely fabulous and helpful and sweet and caring the entire time. The rooms are clean. The breakfast is good I'd recommend this hotel to anybody!

We had a good experience at this BW. Sort of newly remodeled and quiet.Our room was smallish but comfortable. Millie at the front desk and also general manager was very kind and helpful as we booked a room on the 2nd. floor reading on line that there are elevators...not so thank you Millie for the room exchange!|The breakfast was pretty basic shout -out to Al the attendant I can't remember his full name but he was well organized with everything.Pool was very nice and refreshing after a long day at the beach. The bathroom and shower was very good hot water was abundant the only negative was the sink faucet although it looks nice...the water squirts out in the sink and you what??? very wet washing and brushing teeth.|Communication with housekeeping was at time difficult although all was very

I really enjoyed my time at this hotel. The free breakfast had nice options. The room was clean and the staff were a pleasure to deal with. The location was close to shopping and I95. I would stay here again if I happen to be in the area.
