Best Western Plus San Antonio East Inn & Suites

We came to town for my son’s football game that was near the hotel. We live a little ways away and figured we’d stay the night. Price was pretty decent. As a professional housekeeper I was very pleased with how clean it was. Of course I did notice some things but all in all it felt clean! Which is super important to my family(it’s one of the things I check when looking into places to stay)! The bed was super comfortable!! The height on the bed was above normal but that didn’t bother us! Breakfast was actually pretty good! And staff was friendly! The only cons we found were: No coffee maker in rooms(something you have to request)

Don't let the price or location fool you, this place is a gem. Whoever is in charge of the cleaning takes it very seriously. Not only are the rooms sparkling clean, our room didn't smell like they dumped 10 lbs of carpet fresh on the carpet like most hotels do today. A pleasant surprise. We visit our son and his family regularly in the area and this is our new go to hotel when there.

I had a really good experience at the Best Western in San Antonio. The staff were super friendly and made check-in easy. My room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed — the bed was cozy, the AC worked well (which was a lifesaver in the Texas heat), and the shower had great water pressure. The free breakfast was surprisingly good — better than I expected — with a nice mix of hot and cold options. Plus, the location made it easy to get to the River Walk and other spots around town. Overall, it felt like the staff genuinely cared, and that made a big difference. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in San Antonio.

Everyone who works were all very friendly and very concerned with not only my stay but everyone elses. I noticed that everyone there, truly cared about the rooms and the way you were treated here. The rooms were amazingly clean!! Plus they 50" Sony TV's in every room. The breakfast was really good! There is an attedent in the breakfast area and she was very friendly and helpful. You could tell she really cared for her area and the customers well being. Definitely recommend staying here!!
