Best Western Plus Rockwall Inn & Suites

This was our first time coming to Rockwall Texas due to a medical emergency. The wonderful staffer named Melissa exceeded our request and needs. Due to me having surgery she even allowed us to upgrade to a new room with a charge and the upgraded room was outstanding? Definitely plan to make this particular Best Western hotel our go to spot!

My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. As someone with limited mobility, I often worry about accessibility, but everything here was thoughtfully designed and genuinely convenient. The ramps were smooth, the elevators spacious, and my accessible room had grab bars, a roll-in shower, and plenty of space to move comfortably. Staff members were incredibly attentive and always ready to help without being intrusive. Little details—like lowered counters and easy-to-reach outlets—made a huge difference in my daily comfort. I felt welcomed, respected, and fully able to enjoy my trip. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a truly accessible experience

Positive: the location was great! easy to get to, lots in the area to do, see and eat! the room was nice, clean and comfortable. Negative: the maids knocking on the door 2 hours before checkout ......

This is the best hotel ever I would recommend it to anyone. The front desk staff is super friendly and helpful. Melissa, Kevin, and Sandy are the best and super nice and Efficient. Adriana, the breakfast attendant, is so sweet and makes sure that you have everything that you need to have a good breakfast. Come and stay and be a part of the hotel family.

The morning staff and the afternoon staff and the night staff are so friendly and helpful and take care of anything for the satisfaction of their guests. They are so understanding and fair. The prices are great as well. The rooms stay clean the hotels is always clean and they have an indoor pool that my kids loved. My family has had an amazing experience and highly recommend this hotel. 10/10 🤩 stars!!!!!
