Best Western Plus Raleigh Crabtree Valley Hotel

Very clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I stayed overnight after a concert and I got great rest here! Although I did not use the provided shower amenities, they seemed relatively high quality. I also got upgraded to a room with two double beds and a pull out couch. The room with the pull out couch had a door, so there was plenty of privacy. I would recommend for people traveling with a child although I had three adults. Great experience.

I’d like to share my experience of my recent stay at Best Western Plus Raleigh Crabtree Valley Hotel.|I often stay at Best Western because of great service and friendly atmosphere. Yes, it’s not 5-star hotel, yet the rooms are clean, no weird smells or insects (that happen in fancy hotels time by time), the employees are courteous and respectful, and a hot breakfast saves a lot of time for day planning tasks.|But my recent stay exceeded all expectations! As we know, some people disregard all rules despite regular reminders to be quiet at night time. I was unlucky to have such neighbors next door. I couldn’t fall asleep until 4 a.m.|After two nights, I verified at the front desk whether those guests would leave, and found that they were planning to stay longer. I explained the situation and

Positive: It was clean , bed was comfortable, a/c worked good and bed was not right beside the a/c unit . Staff was friendly. Large TV in room. This hotel should have a higher rating . Negative: We did not have hot water out of our shower the second morning, however the sink had hot water . Strange !

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. I would especially like to thank Acheline at the front desk for her exceptional service. She was very welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with any questions I had. Her kindness and attention to detail made my stay even more enjoyable. Me and my crew have been coming here for years and we love it. No one complains about this hotel or the staff they make sure we are taking care of every time. And Alysson has helped me with any issue I have had I give her 5 stars. I would recommend this hotel to any friend or family member anytime.
