Customer Reviews
Avoid this hotel at all costs! Absolutely no compassion or customer care. We booked from Jan 23–25, 2026 but had to cancel because a major snowstorm cancelled our flight - something completely beyond our control. Despite this, the hotel refused to issue a refund or even offer a credit, even though we never checked in or used any services. Both Priceline (where we booked) and our bank reviewed the situation and agreed that a refund should be processed, but the hotel management refused to cooperate. I even contacted their corporate hotline and spoke with three different representatives. At first, they seemed willing to help, but ultimately said the hotel has the final say and will not reimburse us. This level of disregard for customers is unacceptable. We were not asking for special treat
The room I stayed in was clean, but one of the worst experiences in a room I’ve ever had. There is a window about 6 feet from the window but it is an interior wall of some sort. There is absolutely no view of the outside world at all. It was like being in a submarine. I just could not spend any waking time there. It was terrible. I stayed at this hotel the week before and the room had a window with a view of the city.||I do not recommend staying here unless you call and confirm you have a room with a view of the outside world.
That one hotel was fine in services and had all needful amenities. I just wasn't happy that windows led to a back of hotel's signage, in a place where people can come out and walk, and one staff's worker should know about Elfreth's Alley and other one lady, who probably Russian and she took my keys, could be more welcome and doesn't repeat just said information.
This was a great location near the convention center and many restaurants. The hotel is a bit outdated, but it provided us an inexpensive room that served its purpose. Check-in was quick and easy with a very helpful and friendly agent. They sent us up a bag of waters and snacks for the night, which was great, and they offer complimentary breakfast! Win!
Do not stay here. I recently booked a Saturday night here to visit friends in the city. I Checked in dropped my belongings in my room and left to meet everyone out. I spent maybe 5 minutes in my room. I ended up.l not staying there but at a friends place that night. In the morning I went back to retrieve my belongings to find my door left open. I had money from my bag annd other items stolen. My fault for not using the safe yes but management has been dishonest and. Ot helpful. Their review said I left my door open after checking the key use times. The time it was left open I was not in the hotel. I have uber and restaurant receipts to prove it. Their conclusion was I left my door open, no staff entered the room, only me. Someone other then me used a key to enter my room while I was gone.
