Best Western Plus Pearland/Houston Medical Center Hotel

Not recommended, discrimination, racial profiling and ADA violations are against the law. ||||I told them at check in that I am a GOOGLE LOCAL GUIDE and DISABLED, trying to rest and relax 2 miles from my home because my AC broke!||||Why would I pay to sweat all day and night when I can do that at home for free and be more comfy?||||I don't have a tub at my house just shower and I like to soak, but the way I was treated is unacceptable and I want my money back! I|| have filed formal complaints but corporate took a week to get back to me, they are franchisees so they are no help anyway.||||They put loud rowdy, inconsiderate people in room next to me slamming doors and jumping around from last Sunday to Wednesday when they checked out, that made my immunity go down being rudely awakened at al

Our 1 night stay was very pleasant. Everything was clean and friendly staff. The only negative was the sounds that could be heard through the door. It was as if there was no door when people were talking or coming and going in the hallway. There weren't many people staying at the hotel, so I'm sure it could have been worse:-)

The amazing location and experience 10/10!!! Would stay here again. You're surrounded by all the restaurants and the dollar stores. Also, it's right out there interstate. NOWHERE into the deep parts of town. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING.IN THE ROOMS ARE CLEAN IN BEAUTIFUL. 1000/1000

I loved everything about my stay! This was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever visited — spotless and with no strange smells. The receptionists were incredibly sweet and helpful, as were the housekeepers. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast. It had very limited options, the food wasn’t fresh, and there was no chef in charge. The receptionists were the ones defrosting frozen food and placing it in trays, then refilling them upon request. Also, the laundry room felt a bit outdated and required quarters to operate. Other than that, I have no complaints — it’s such a comfortable and cozy place to stay!

As a Google local guide I will try to keep this brief. When I checked in last week they told me I was their FIRST CUSTOMER! I WAS SO EXCITED, THEY SEEMED TO BE SO INVITING, I EVEN TOOK PHOTOS WITH THE WIVES! THEY WERE NICE! THE SHORT OLDER MAN IM ASSUMING IS THE OWNER, IS THE ONE I HAD MULTIPLE PROBLEMS WITH, AND THE OVERWEIGHT RUDE GIRL, MAY BE HIS DAUGHTER. THAT WOULD MAKE SENSE WHY THEY BOTH ARE SO MEAN AND PENNYPINCHING, NICKEL AND DIMING ME THE WHOLE TIME.THAT'S NOT HOSPITATLITY.I think these 5 star reviews are fake written by the owners family. Alot of these BEST WESTERN franchises are named Patel, it's kind of like a cartel.
