Best Western Plus Panama City Hotel

I recently stayed at the Best Western Plus in Panama City and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The hotel was spotless and well-maintained, with a very clean pool and a spacious pool deck that made it easy to relax and unwind. The breakfast was fantastic with plenty of options, all fresh and well-stocked, with attentive staff keeping everything running smoothly. The service throughout the stay was top-notch, and I especially want to recognize Kevin, the Manager, who went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. He offered great suggestions for local dinner spots, which we really appreciated. The location is quiet, safe, and convenient. Overall, a great experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Panama City!

Let me just say I'm glad I didn't listen to the bad reviews. The room overall was clean and the bed was super comfy! The room did have a stale smell, not a big deal. It wasn't something that we couldn't handle. The curtains had stains again not a big deal because we wasn't sleeping on the curtains. The fridge in the room is the coldest fridge that I have had in a room! The breakfast attendant (older white lady) she was very friendly. The breakfast was always hot and fresh. The coffee maker in the lobby and water dispenser next to it was awesome. Never seen either at any other hotel. Oh and the yogurt dispenser in the breakfast area was also a nice touch.
