Best Western Plus Nashville Airport Hotel

Adelita that worked the breakfast that is provided by the hotel was so friendly, welcoming and professional. This was by far one of the cleanest breakfast areas at a hotel!. Thank you Adelita! When I’m back in the area you would be one of the reasons I would stay at this location again. As far as the room itself, very comfortable pillows and the room was nice and clean. The front desk Moni was very nice and welcoming. Clean & welcoming atmosphere….. front desk and sitting, breakfast area to the paint scheme and decor.

We stayed for a girls getaway for one night. We had rooms 224 and 225. Those were a double queen room, and a king suite. Both rooms were very clean, modern, up to date, and cozy. My only complaint is that the bed could’ve been a little bit softer and have better pillows. The pillows were not comfortable. Also, the aircraft noise and outside noise was very loud. There was a truck revving his vehicle up at 3am that woke me up and kept me awake for about a hour. But, overall the stay was very nice and will be returning as we come to Nashville often.

I came to this hotel in a lot of distress while dealing with some personal issues. I did not have a reservation, but the receptionist Monika immediately took care of me and was very caring and empathetic of my situation. As I extended my stay each day for a couple days, every time she took great care of me and asked me how I was feeling. Every morning when I came down for breakfast, Adelita did a wonderful job, not only keeping the breakfast bar in top shape, but making sure I had everything I needed and always offered me a cheerful greeting and smile. I had an exceptional stay here, and by the time I left, my moods were lifted and my heart was healing.

Positive: Room was very clean (although common areas were not), comfy bed & pillows, nice breakfast buffet, staff very friendly & helpful Negative: No housekeeping (front desk available for towels & supplies), parking was tight, stayed 3 nights and room key stopped working every day.Room & hotel very acceptable, although I wouldn't give it 3 stars (probably 2.5)

We got the King suit and it was very nice. The price is cheaper than some other hotels in the area and very comfortable. They do have a small breakfast buffet but the food was good. Mrs. Adelita was in the food area ensuring that if you needed anything she would help.
