Best Western Plus Inn of Santa Fe

Marla at the front desk was amazing!!! It was pretty busy as check in when we arrived but Marla got everyone including us checked in promptly! She even accommodated my request of a first floor room by the exit for my dogs, with a complimentary upgrade. We actually came here from the coyote hotel up the road as they didn’t have anything bigger than a twin available & honestly I’m glad they were full. Our room smelled good & was clean when we arrived, the bed is comfy, & the room was spacious. Cannot recommend enough when staying in Santa Fe!! Thank you Marla for such an awesome stay!

I’m going to give it to you straight. If you value sleeping peacefully without being disturbed by neighbors, this may not be the hotel for you. This hotel has some positives, including comfortable beds, clean rooms, maid service daily, friendly enough staff. The negatives, however, resulted in our checking out early and shortening our vacation. |Most of this isn’t so much the hotel’s fault but the inconsideration many people have for others. The hotel could do everyone a favor and retrofit the doors to soft closure. As it is, the majority of our fellow travelers seemed to revel in allowing the door to slam at its fullest capacity. In addition, travelers with pets that bark (as they do, no judgment on the dogs) and then loudly shush them. We also had a neighbor we called “The Loud Family” w

We have stayed here a few times in one of the large hot tub rooms. The beds are comfortable and the room was clean. Last time we stayed the hall on the first floor smelled overwhelmingly like cigarette smoke to the point where I had to hold my breath while walking through. The main issue we had this time though was the dryer. For such a large hotel you would think that there would be more than one washer and dryer. But no, there is only one each. The washer was fine but I ended up having to stay up till 3 am doing laundry. For reference I had 2 loads to do and I started at 10. Since our room was right on the other side of the laundry room I could hear when they stopped and each was about 40 minutes. The washer was fine, but the dryer had a very difficult time drying a normal load of clothe

Positive: "" Negative: Their elevator was out of service at we were on the third floor. It was the only room that matched in size for what we paid for (King Deluxe). We both recently had back surgery and have weight restrictions on what amount we can carry.

I stayed here earlier this month and found it to be a really nice place. There is a lovely hot tub, guest laundry facilities, and a complimentary water/coffee/tea station (they had jasmine tea; fancy!). The hotel was clean and cozy, with Sothwestern decor amidst the amenities you want and expect. Everyone was nice. I have two complaints. The pillows were awful and need to be thrown away. Hotels need to be rotating mattresses and replacing pillows regularly, but I have yet to find a place that does either. The bed was actually not bad for a hotel, but we wished we had brought our own pillows. Our indoor allergies were really set off by being here. It's a clean hotel, for sure, but not a new building, and if you're sensitive to indoor allergens you might be more comfortable outside the hot
