Best Western Plus Hobby Airport Inn & Suites

First of all, service is SPLENDID. Thank you so much to the ladies at the front desk and the dining area. Always smiling and very accommodating. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast had some variety. I liked the breakfast taco option. Location was great. Hotel is between the museum district and NASA, and close enough to Galveston. We booked a king bed with a sitting area so it was a larger room because we have our toddler with us and needed space. It was spacious enough. Now the cons. There was a mat of some sort under the cabinetry housing the refrigerator and microwave oven that looked very old and frayed (and a somewhat gross). I arrive on 16 Oct 25, for my five stay at my favor hotel in Houston, TX. I have been coming to this hotel the last seven plus years since have a shuttle pick-up and dropoff at the Airport, that's only 7 minutes from the hotel. The atmosphere is great and you closer to everything as well. The rooms are always very clean and freshly smell since staying here due to an awesome staff workers that keep the cleanliness up to standards. The value of a price is great if you do online reservation or call straight to the hotel for a better price. As for noise and quiet level is great. This was a great hotel to stay at the front counter in the evening time. Very nice. Young lady, we stayed there to go on a cruise. The next morning, and they allowed us to keep our vehicles on-site. They also allowed us to eat our catered food downstairs in the breakfast area. And we also shared with the staff. We will be back to stay here again. It's in a convenient location, right down the street from the Airport and lots of shopping.

We've stayed here four times (due to hospital visits) and have been very happy each time with the service, cleanliness, amenities, and friendliness of the staff. The lrooms are up-to-date with nice towels and linens, microwave, large fridge, and coffee/tea maker. Housekeeping and the breakfast staff do a really nice job. Cyndi and staff are always pleasant and helpful. We feel at home whenever we come here. It's just minutes from Hobby (but quiet) with a complimentary shuttle and many nearby restaurants. There's a large HEB grocery store about 7 minutes driving distance. Pricing is excellent for the value received here; I don't hesitate to recommend this Best Western Plus!
