Best Western Plus Hawthorne Terrace Hotel

First time trying this place and it was great. Perfect location for us when we visit Chicago as it’s near all the restaurants we love, close to the shore, and close to downtown. The room was recently updated and they were working on several others, looked like they were completely gutting them so that’s cool, might be a little noisy during the day due to this but it didn’t bother us. Also they have parking right at the hotel so that is great, will be back for sure.

Positive: The room is always comfortable and clean. Everyone at the front desk is nice. The lady who runs the breakfast station is wonderful. Negative: There is honestly not one thing I can think of that I do not like

Wonderful hotel with a welcoming atmosphere and professional staff. Rooms are spotless and comfortable, with thoughtful touches throughout. Great location, quiet at night, and everything is well organized. Excellent value for money – I’d happily stay here again.

The location is nice. Parking is onsite, but it is quite expensive for overnight. The walls are paper thin so expect to hear your neighbors. Also they started some kind of construction at like 8:30am? I know it isn’t that early but after a night out it was a little inconvenient. Location was great though.

This is a great hotel in a great spot. Easy walk to Wrigley, just a few blocks from a supermarket and a wonderful breakfast buffet and staff. The annex suites are especially nice. Best place to stay in the area and not overly expensive.
