Best Western Plus Gen X Inn

Kia was great. She was very accommodating with not only the room, but being ADA friendly with our mobility scooter while there. She had a great attitude and very helpful. The one issue we ran into with an error in charges, she took care of it before I could even bring it up.

The room was very clean and comfortable. We was only there for 1 night. Was close to the hospital which was important to my son and my self. If we have to come back to the area we'll definitely stay again.

We stayed here for four nights and had a great stay. Both of our cars were secure, the staff was wonderful, breakfast was typical and the room was clean. Don't let the bad reviews scare you away!

Positive: Breakfast Negative: Room needed a deep clean walking on the carpet with socks only on your feet would quickly stain socks bad enough bleached it and still was visible

im traveling on orders across the country with my two cats. this location SAYS it’s pet friendly but please be aware that if you bring cats you are either told you can’t bring them AFTER the fact or they’ll charge you 35/ea cat. not sure what the policy is considering the initial reaction was “if i’d have known you had cats i wouldn’t have given you the room” and then it turned into “i have to charge you 35 per cat.” so… i’d suggest picking another place if you have animals.
