Best Western Plus Fillmore Inn & Suites

Clean, comfortable and friendly hotel that was perfect for my husband and I and extended family in town for a funeral. The breakfast area is very spacious and the food was very good. The hot food is served to you and the rest is self-service. All is included for your free breakfast though. We all commented on the comfortable pillows and mattresses --- probably due to this hotel either having been recently renovated or newly built --- not sure which. We enjoyed our evening nightcaps from the bar and there was the same spacious breakfast area to sit in for visiting. Definitely would stay here again.

Great hotel, very clean, great amenities, very friendly staff, super accommodating. The entire staff, especially the evening and overnight members, were great, but I have to single out the night manager Danielle M. I checked in super late last minute after spending what little money I had remaining at the time on what turned out to be a nasty room at a different hotel, on the first night of the sub-zero polar vortex nights. She went out of her way to help me out and get me out of the cold until I got my refund from the other hotel. She is very caring, nice, genuine and has a great sense of humor. I will definitely be returning in the future

AWESOME! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property – in fact, I kept extending for another day and ended up staying a total of 4 nights. Each staff member I interacted with was professional, friendly, and helpful! The location of the property is great – near gas stations, food venues, grocery store….Garden of the Gods is only a few minutes away. The lobby bar is well-stocked and offers several lite food items for sale at reasonable prices. I enjoyed breakfast each morning – attendants served the main items (eggs, meat, potatoes)….with a good variety of self-serve items. The only item missing was breakfast sweet pastries (donuts, cinnamon rolls, muffins, etc.) My room was clean, and everything worked as it should. Definitely recommend this property!

Very nice hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. Clean rooms. Excellent breakfasts. Refrigerators, microwaves and one cup coffeemakers in the room. Ironing and hairdryer also. Laundry area available. We stayed 4 days and were very comfortable.
