Best Western Plus Executive Residency Oklahoma City I-35

The hotel appears to have a 100% no-smoking policy in place, but it wasn’t effectively enforced during our stay. Upon entering the lobby, we were immediately overwhelmed by a strong smell of both cigarette smoke and marijuana, which was so intense that it caused my daughter and me to start coughing. The hallways leading to our room had the same odors. That said, the room itself was quite nice—clean, recently updated, spacious, and comfortable. However, as we headed out for dinner, we noticed a staff member at the front desk using what appeared to be a vape device, but the unmistakable scent of marijuana was coming from it. The breakfast offered was fairly standard and average in quality. Unfortunately, tables weren’t being wiped down regularly, and there were no disinfectant wipes availab

This is your average middle class hotel. It has its good and not so goods just like a lot of them. Pro’s would be the friendly night time person ( ? Becky ..maybe, blonde ) great personality. Took good care of us in our time of need. Good ice cream bars/ cones $4. About 18% tax! Pullout couch was a old time joke! All springs! Didn’t know they even had those anymore, except for the cheapest for kids. No way is this a PLUS- EXECUTIVE. I would never send a real executive here to stay, lol ! | Breakfast- well ya know the story here, you’ve heard it before I’m sure! Things not kept up on first morning at all, breakfast gal wasn’t even around. 2nd morning was a bit better. Coffee was on the cool side 2nd morning, and out also of expresso. | The bathrooms were closed off for breakfas

Positive: The room was nice. The only problem was shampooing the carpets on a Sunday morning before checkout time while I was still sleeping and had to drive 16 hours. They shampooed outside my door for at the very least an hour and half!!! Negative: On a Sunday morning somewhere between 9:30 am and 10:30 am i was woke up by very loud vacuuming i figured they were just passing by but no! they where shampooing the carpets on a Sunday morning before check out time while we are sleeping.

I stayed at Best Western Plus in Oklahoma City and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is new and modern. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a high level of cleanliness. There is a gym, which was a big plus. The breakfast is tasty with a good variety, and unlimited coffee is a great bonus. Excellent value for the money - I would definitely stay here again.

Was very impressed with this location. The front desk attendant was so professional and very friendly. The room was very large and clean. Decor is modern and furnishings are comfortable. The kitchen was stocked and clean and I loved the larger refrigerator. To top it off, the location was great.... right off the highway. Felt very safe staying here. Will definitely be back.
