Best Western Plus Executive Residency Nashville

Breakfast wasn’t that good. For a best western plus. It was scrambled eggs and breakfast sausage everyday for their hot breakfast. We booked a 4 night stay. We wanted to leave a day early. I asked if I would be reimbursed of the last night. They said no! Other best western motels will reimburse you. The manager said because of the price. I always booked on the best western app. So I’m out of $117.00. Making my 3 night stay costing me $155.00 a night.I will never stay here again. Hope you’re happy getting your money. For a 3 night stay. And when you divide up a 4 night stay of 468.18. It comes to 117.00 a night. DON’T STAY HERE!!!!!

Our stay at this hotel was extremely lacking. It was in a weird part of town and slightly difficult to navigate. I can absolutely live with that. The issue wasn't the location. The issue was the hotel stay itself. Our room was EXTREMELY dirty. The bathroom was too nasty to go into without shoes in, the walls were dirty, and none of the tables had been wiped down. I went to the lobby to get this fixed and we left the hotel to explore Nashville. When we returned, they said it had been fixed, but it hadn't been touched at all. I ended up going to Walmart and buying my own blankets because I was anxious to fully check the bed. The staff was kind, but that doesn't fix the lack of help with a dirty room. Positive: The pool area was clean and nice. The pavilion was a nice addition. The location is also right off the highway. The carpet and flooring all seemed new, as well. Breakfast was good. Negative: The rooms felt dingy. Bathroom wasn't really clean. There were stains in the shower and in the corners, on the walls, etc. The staff seemed overwhelmed, as there seemed to be only one person working up front every time we needed the front desk.

Just staying here 1 night and leaving in the morning, everything is fine .

I had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Plus Executive Residency. The staff was very professional, friendly, and always ready to help. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The breakfast was delicious with a great selection of hot and fresh items. The location was excellent — convenient and just a very nice short ride to downtown. I also loved the pleasant fragrance in the lobby and hallways, which made the hotel feel welcoming and fresh. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
