Best Western Plus CottonTree Inn

We had great service during our stay, Ethan and Sarah were very helpful. Braeden the maintenance man was very helpful. The General Manager did a great job making sure we were taken care of. As we checked out, Teara had great customer service. I have not seen customer service like this in awhile. The people can make the difference!

The Best Western in Idaho Falls was an excellent place for a 3 night, 4 day stay in Idaho Falls, Idaho. The personnel were professional in that the front desk was always staffed, breakfast well prepared, and any questions I asked, they quickly provided answers and solutions. The room was clean, neat, spacious, and well stocked with routine items. The room was also quiet being near a busy intersection. Temperature was well maintained with the weather being in the 20s in the early morning, warmer during the day, and quite windy. The pool and hot tub were clean and maintained, and open until 11pm. The bed was firm yet giving, sheets clean and soft, and pillows of different sorts on the bed for your comfort. The complimentary breakfast included standard hotel food, but attended well, an

Very nice place. The staff is very friendly and provided excellent customer service. The room was very nice. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Would stay here again.

Positive: Perfect Place to have a Date Night. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Then walked across the street to Jakers for dinner. Would have enjoyed a morning walk on the river front but had a busy schedule. Will definitely stay again. Negative: ""

Go to the other Best Western down the street if you can. This one is understaffed and mismanaged. The "heated" pool room was 56F and the pool itself was quite cold (thankfully the hot tub worked to keep us from hypothermia), the breakfast was comically bad with empty portions, badly served food, and broken machines. The front desk was usually vacant so nobody was available even if you needed help. It's better than sleeping in your car, though. I have stayed here before and it wasn't as bad, so I'm sure we were just visiting during a slump, but the service is at best inconsistent/unreliable.
