Best Western Plus Brunswick Bath

Hotel was very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast area was clean and a very good variety and they even had dairy and gluten free options. Hotel was very quiet. Like the hardwood flooors versus carpet in the room the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

I usually don’t post reviews, but thought I should regarding this hotel. We stayed and had rented two rooms. The staff was friendly and courteous, however the rooms themselves were not up to standards. The bathroom fans did not work. The lights for the heated lighting in the bathrooms did not work. The electrical plug in the bathroom also did not work. The towels were dirty and the dresser in the bedroom area the drawers did not stay shut. They opened fully and were a tripping hazard we had to fold paper and insert to keep the drawers shut. The pool area was very dated. Based on the price that we paid for each of the rooms we would have expected working fans and outlets and especially clean towels. Also, the ice machine on our floor was not working. We did mention all of this to the front

Stayed here two nights when visiting nearby Boothbay Harbor. Got a room on the third floor toward the end of a corridor so it was quiet.||Adequate accommodations for our needs. King room was very roomy. Within a hour of the sights we wanted to see. ||Free breakfast was satisfactory. It was nice that they started breakfast at 6 a.m. so we could get an early start to our day.

Positive: Location Negative: Room was gross. Renovation looked like it was done by a child. AC didn't work well. Night staff was out smoking when I tried to check in. Had to call the desk yo get him to realize ibwas standing there for 10 minutes. Morning staff was asleep at the desk

We were traveling with dogs. This hotel offers a clean room with direct access from the room to the outdoors for pets. The staff was friendly and professional. The breakfast included scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, waffles, yogurt, breakfast sandwichs, fruit, coffee, juices, pastries. It really exceeded expectations. There is a pool and gym. All at a great price. Highly recommend this property for people with pets.
