Best Western Plus Barsana Hotel & Suites

I would like to start this review by saying that I'd have no problem staying at this hotel again, but they do have room for improvement. When I arrived, it was late but the front desk agent checked me in and was very friendly. He pointed me to my room, and I went to unload my car only to find that the door he'd pointed me to was closed with the privacy latch from the inside. I went back to the front to find that my room had two doors - one that opened to the outside and one that opened to the interior hall. The interior room door opened just fine so I could get settled in. The next day, I left for the day and came back to find that the exterior door was standing open. Not fully open, but open enough that I didn't even need to use my key - just push it open. I had checked and locked

Deb ( i hope im remembering her name right ) older white lady with glasses . She is very nice and helpful . She is very attentive . She looked like she was training a new employee and she was doing it all , showing him how to do things the right way and everything . while still being attentive to is guests having breakfast. She is a very good employee, she needs a raise because she has all the skills . Thank you deb , for showing me how the waffle maker worked .

Good clean hotel on side street of highway. Has numerous places to eat within walking distance. The manager, Deb, is very nice and attentive to customer needs. I stay here every time I come to OKC.

Brittaney B. was great! She was able to accommodate all of our needs. We were here for the Michigan ou game and got here early. She allowed us to check in as early as possible. So we enjoyed the pool for a bit and was able to enjoy the ou tailgate as well. She is a very friendly person and made sure to do you right! Thank you Brittaney! No tap to pay, asked for a few toothbrushes and a few packets of toothpaste and was told there wasn't any. Fridge didnt work in the room bathroom was dirty, door didnt lock, room smelt dirty.
