Positive: Quite if you are towards the back area. I specifically asked for a downstairs room as we are older and cannot climb stairs (they do have an elevator near the front). All of their handicapped rooms are single bed rooms. I will request that next time. Negative: ""

We chose this location for the indoor pool since we were traveling with a young child. Rooms were clean but 1st night smelled very strong of Indian food. Breakfast options was good, better than most hotels we have visited. Would stay again, great location with good rates.

I can confirm the positive reviews about this hotel. The Best Western Plus was a fantastic place to stay. Upon entering, we noticed the lobby was quiet and nicely decorated. The hallways were clean and also quiet. Our king room was spacious, with a comfortable and clean bed that ensured we slept well after a long day of traveling.||The room was equipped with everything we needed: a Holy Bible, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, iron, ironing board, four large towels, three small towels, three hand towels, make-up remover wipes, a shower cap, citrus lotion, and ample closet space. Do not stay at the place we checked in with our kids and when we went up to the second floor it instantly smelt like Marijauna!!! We had to leave immediately after smelling that and the guy working that night said he would speak to his boss about a refund and would let us know. Now it’s the next day and we can’t be refunded due to booking with hotels.com. Do not stay at this location unless you smoke weed

We booked this hotel for our soccer girls this past weekend. One parent had bed bugs, we had roaches and another parent had ants in their room. We asked for a refund because we left same night we got in but we weren't refunded. I called again today and no call back. Another parent wrote a review and it keeps getting deleted, wonder why!!!
