Best Western NSU Inn

This hotel is so outdated. The traffic noise was terrible. The carpet in the room was disgusting! The water in the shower barely got warm. The pool was super small and didn’t open until 11:00. Ridiculously late. Can’t even use it on the day you check out because of that. I’ve stayed at all the hotels in Tahlequah and this is the worst. Save your money and stay somewhere else. Tru and holiday inn express are so much better. Hotel staff was not the best either. Couldn’t even find a staff member to check out.

Two stars: One star for the room at least being clean (but not amazing) and one star because the staff were nice and friendly. I would only stay here again if there were no other options. The first room we got, the air conditioning did not work. When I went downstairs to talk to the person at the front desk he was quick to switch us to a new room (close so we didn't have to move our stuff across the hotel - which was really nice!). The second room the AC worked at first, but then continued shutting off because it kept registering the room at 45 degrees (which it wasn't even close, more like 80 degrees), resetting to a warmer temperature and made for a rough uncomfortable night of sleeping. Like picture camping in a tent when the temp is 85 degrees feeling. The room itself, was clean

Find another hotel. When we first entered this hotel we had to wait 5 or more minutes for someone to come to the front desk. There was a sign that they were helping other guests. Yeah, right! The sign was still there when we went to dinner hours later and when we returned several hours after that. Obviously, the guy was working elsewhere. The room was not well noise insulated as we heard different people talking in the hall till midnight or so. The next morning we could hear the people above us just walking around. The bathtub had white stuff all around the drain as if it was repaired by an amateur. The paint all around the bathtub/shower fixture was peeling away from the sheetrock. We were not impressed in the least bit.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Stay literally anywhere else. From the moment we arrived, this stay was a disaster. There was no one at the front desk when we checked in. We waited for quite a while before anyone even acknowledged us. When we finally got checked in, the first key card didn’t work, so we had to go back down for another one. Be prepared EVERYTIME you leave your room, your room card stops working and you will need to go down to the front desk EVERY. SINGLE. TIME! I was told the doors are broken and the card readers don’t work anymore. Once we finally got into the room, it was blazing hot. The heater was set to 84°F even though it was only about 60°F outside. We tried opening the window, but it was stuck and wouldn’t open. The AC wasn’t functioning properly either. Then came the bathroom
