Diamondhead Resort

I did not rent a room so I cannot rate. Service was good and the location is great. I would like to say that I paid for a 9 mile float trip through terp float 2025, and only got about a 4 mile float. I left this year's float feeling cheated out of my money. I got off the water faster than it took the resort to get me down the river to my kayak. Do better!

I came here to come floating and the service room had cool rooms and a cool atmosphere. Also the river was very awesome you guys. Super chill time on the water. I almost drowned but don't you worry, it was awesome.

The company got sold. So they're still making adjustments. I hope they're able to remain open and successful. They usually come and switch the trash cans twice a day. I was there 3days and didn't see one trash can get switched. All the personality has disappeared from this place. A weird white truck kept circling our campsite. Which was really weird. Made us all uncomfortable. You now have to pay $125 upfront before you pay for your stay or float. Not a bad thing but when people call, and since the company got sold. I think it's wise to hire people who could communicate that with each caller. Before they come. Some folks budget the whole weekend. And that $125 wasn't mentioned till I told them I was on my way. We had the best time ever. Just the wife and I for my 42nd birthday.. the staff was so nice and helpful. The float and water was amazing. It was not to pack and a great time . After it was over they came down and picked us up in a golf cart. Thank yall it was a joy.

The room number 3 leak from the ceiling onto our bed on labor day we rented out a cabin and it was raining that night also gave us one roll of toilet paper and no towels. The man up front was very nice everything else was great but leaky roof was killing me that night plus the rooms are over priced $$$also let me just say this my Son lost his phone at the cabin they called few days later and are trying to give it back i thought that was so cool I appreciate you guys tracking down someone lost phone thank you all
